Pro 2nd and Pro 1st allow you to benefit from exclusive services for optimum flexibility:

• Free exchange and refund up to departure and within the hour following your departure in the departure station (exchange for the next train for the same destination); after departure, Pro rate tickets can be exchanged and are refundable for 60 days with an administrative charge of 50% of the value of the ticket.

• Simplified purchase and exchange for your tickets:

• Last Minute Access: if you didn't have enough time to exchange your ticket, your reservation allows you at the last moment to take the previous or following train, to the same destination, without exchanging your ticket (but there is no guarantee of a seat).

 Exclusive Pro 1st services:

• Pro 1st Area: this area on board 1st class provides you with priority seating, with other Pro travellers, for increased calm and comfort.

• Access to the Grand Voyageur Rooms: with a Pro 1st ticket, you have access to the Grand Voyageur Rooms, special welcoming areas in 10 major stations that offer coffee, reading materials, wifi connection, as well as a Service Counter (arranging messenger service, shirts available for purchase, etc.)

• Pro Taxi Reservation: with a Pro 1st ticket, you can reserve a taxi on board in 1st class and free of charge (excluding approach charge collected by the taxi which is about 15€ in Paris), that will be waiting for you when you arrive (service available Monday to Friday, subject to availability).*

• Meals at your seat: innovative and balanced meals are offered and you don't have to move from your seat (services offered at meal times on TGV lines between Paris <> Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Rennes, Bordeaux, Strasbourg)

*On the links between Paris and Lyon, Lille, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Bordeaux, Strasbourg and Rennes. And arriving in Paris from Nancy, Metz, Arras, Nice, Clermont-Ferrand, Limoges and Switzerland.

2Custom Pro services

With a Pro rate, you'll benefit from privileged access to a wide range of services at a charge that will facilitate organising your trip from start to finish:

• Pro Parking Reservation

This service allows you to reserve a parking space at the station, with the possibility of benefitting from privileged locations and cancellation insurance at commercial rates.

Two offers are proposed:

• Classique, for Pro 2nd customers, with automatical entry and self-service access to one space.

• Premium, for Pro 1st customers, with personalised welcome and a space located near the platforms and the parking reception office.

You can reserve this service directly on the site from the confirmation page of your order.

You will no longer have to settle your parking fees before getting in your car: since everything has already been paid on-line when the reservation was made (parking space reservation and number of hours in the parking lot).

• Taxi reservation

TGV Pro offers you the possibility of reserving a taxi in advance that will come to take you to the station or that will be waiting for you when you get off the train. You can reserve your taxi:

- By calling +33 (0) 892 705 007 (international rate), a number with priority access to Taxis G7's central reservations office, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for immediate transport and reservations.

Please note: Reservations are free outside of the Paris area, and are billed 5€ inc. tax in Ile-de-France at rush hour (from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Saturday). These charges are settled by bank card when your reservation is made by telephone.

• Pro Office Reservation

Rent an office or meeting room in the heart of Paris or other major cities in France, in one of the 16 Multiburo business centres.  

With Multiburo's Tempo offer, take advantage of a reduction by showing your Pro 1st class ticket on the same day.

You can rent meeting rooms for 2 to 80 people, fully furnished offices, for just half a day or for several weeks. You'll take advantage of optimum working conditions, you rent well-thought out areas as you like, with the benefit of a 10% discount.

TGV Pro 1st customers benefit from a "comfort welcome pack" when renting an office and a "meeting briefcase pack" for all of the participants when renting a room. Reservations can be made by telephone on +33 (0) 1 72 76 25 30 (international rate).

4Young Travellers Service (JVS)

JVS is the chaperone service for children aged 4 to 14 years. When your children travel alone, our experienced chaperones will take care of them.

Two formulas are available:

• classique service, available during school holidays, on over 50 segments, at a cost of 35€*, excluding the cost of the train ticket.

• custom service, available year round on all of our trains. Our partner will calculate a personalised estimate for you, based on your request and will offer a discount rate if several children are to travel in the same train.

The JVS classique chaperone service is offered at an all-inclusive rate of 35€* in addition to the price of the train ticket. And when they travel with JVS, all of the children benefit, regardless of their age, from a 50% reduction off the standard Leisure rate.

5Reserving the Auto+train formula?

6Reserving the Train + Bicycle formula

You can reserve this service:

• In France: at the counters in all stations, and in our SNCF sales outlets.

• By contacting the sales department

Transporting bicycles:

• On major Trunk Line trains, you can transport your bicycle free of charge as hand luggage if it is disassembled and carried in a special bag. You can also transport assembled in the bicycle area on some of the major Trunk Line trains or in the baggage car. 
  

• SNCF has arranged an area on certain TGVs that can accommodate 4 bicycles. The price of the reservation is 10 €.

For this service, you must purchase all of your tickets from the same sales outlet.
