I want to sit next to a traveller that has already reserved his ticket

You can travel next to one of your acquaintances that has already reserved with a specific seat number.

Just select the train that you want and click on the "Choose My Place" link.



Please click on the seating window after you have selected your choice from the pull-down menu.

You can specify your seating preferences in the train, and they will be taken into account according to what is available when your order is confirmed.

The selected car and seat number are mentioned on the results page.

Your selection is taken into account under certain conditions:

• Reservations are required for Corail and TGV trains

• It is for a day train

• The seat is still available

1. The site checks a seat availability according to your request. If the car and seat number requested is no longer available, it will assign you a seat that is close to your initial request.

2. In the event there are no seats available in the vicinity, the site will display a generic error message:
The site will specify the seating preference that could not be satisfied by displaying the car and seat number of the segment involved in bold red characters.
