Free home delivery available for all fares except ®iDTGV tickets.
Please note:
Train tickets sent to your home address are transferable.
However, they bear the name of the person who placed the order.
Rest assured, they can be used by any traveller.
You simply need to satisfy the conditions of the fare type.
Retrieval in a French railway station
To retrieve a ticket purchased on TGV-europe, you will need the bank card (including code) which was used to make the online purchase, when you go to the ticket office.
Please note: you can also retrieve your tickets from Self-Service Terminals in France or at stations in Luxembourg, except for tickets purchased with cards without chip and pin such as American Express and some international cards.
Bank card must be shown
To retrieve tickets at a station or at a Self-Service Terminal, you will need the bank card used to make the purchase.
If the person who booked the tickets is not the person travelling, he/she must retrieve the tickets and send them to the person travelling.
If the departure date does not allow the tickets to be posted, the tickets may be cancelled if they offer part or full refund and new tickets can be purchased.
Retrieval in Raileurope boutiques
To retrieve your tickets from a Raileurope boutique, the bank card used to purchase the tickets must be shown.
An additional €7 charge (CHF 11) will be requested upon retrieval.
E-ticket and 'Billet Imprimé' (Print-at-home ticket) service
No need to go to a station/boutique or to receive your ticket at home
Hassle-free boarding without punching your ticket
Exchange or cancel your journey online up to the departure of the train if your fare allows . You no longer need to move to exchange your ticket or to return it for a refund.
Conditions of use
1- Book and pay on line, then fill in the full names of each passenger. The 'E-ticket service' or the 'Billet Imprimé®' ('Print-at-home') service is personal and non-transferable and may not be used by another person once the full names have been given.
2- The e-ticket or 'Billet Imprimé®' ('Print-at-home') ticket may be printed out at any time before departure. A simple click allows you to print a ticket for each passenger and each journey.
3- If the terms and conditions of your ticket allow it, you can cancel or exchange your e-ticket or 'Billet Imprimé®' ('Print-at-home') ticket directly online at any time before departure of the train.
4- Finally, ensure you have your e-ticket or 'Billet Imprimé' (Print-at-home') ticket with you when you board the train. You will be asked for ID when on board the train. You are required to carry a valid photo-ID (identity card, passport or 'carte de séjour' residence permit).
5- They are valid only for the specified train, date, class and route.
How do I select the printed ticket or the e-ticket service?
The 'Billet Imprimé®' ('Print-at-home') ticket and the e-ticket are available on a range of fares.
It's very simple: On the Details page, select the 'Print-at-home' or 'e-ticket' option and follow the instructions.
Print out the 'Print-at-home' or e-ticket confirmation
Don't worry, your train tickets can be printed out at any time before departure using any computer with Adobe Acrobat software and a standard printer (office, friends, Internet café).
First ensure you have 'Acrobat Reader' installed on your computer. Click here (free download).
Then simply follow these steps:
1-click on 'Manage my orders', accessible from the Train tab on the home page
2-enter your six-figure Order reference and the name entered when placing the order to access your booking details.
3-click on the "Create your Print-at-home ticket" or "Print your e-ticket" depending on the retrieval option selected when booking.
You can create the image of your ticket(s) (enter full name and date of birth of traveller[s]) and print.
The printed ticket or e-ticket confirmation must be printed on white A4 paper, without changing the printing format. Good print quality is mandatory.
If the print out does not work or the image is lost or poor quality, print your ticket or e-ticket confirmation again.
