I made a mistake when entering the address of delivery
Your tickets are sent to the address indicated in your confirmation message.
- Since ticket dispatch is an automatic process, the address cannot be modified
- If it is not correct, your tickets will be returned to the SNCF Dispatch Centre
When the tickets are returned to the dispatch centre and time permitting, your tickets are sent to the new address. In this case, please send us your dossier reference number by email as well as your first and last name, and correct mail address.
