How can I cancel my e-ticket?


Where applicable, you may cancel your ticket directly in the "manage my orders” section on , up until the departure time.

Enter your 6 character reference and the name in which the booking was made, then follow the stages.

You will be sent a message confirming that your booking has been cancelled.

To cancel your e-ticket, you can also call Customer Services between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday on 0905 0540221 (call charged at £0.57 per minute) or send us a message.
