I can’t seem to print my tickets
1. To print your train ticket, you must select the “print at home” option at the time of reservation.
2. Next, you can choose to either:
> Click on the link “print your ticket” in your confirmation email
> Click on ‘Reservations’, located on the homepage of the site, and select “Manage my orders“ from the scroll-down menu.
3. Obtain the 6-character long reference number and the name used at the time of ordering.
4. Click on “Create your printed ticket®”.
5. Enter the surname / first name / date of birth of each passenger and validate.
Your tickets are created in PDF format. You can print them as many times as you wish as long as your computer has Acrobat Reader.
If you run into difficulties when creating your printed tickets, please send us an email with the following information:
• Your 6-character reference code
• The name on the reservation
• The address entered on the reservation
• The displayed error message
• The surname, fist name and date of birth of the passengers
If you do not have a printer, we would like to remind you that the way in which you will receive your ticket cannot be changed.
However, you can print your tickets right up until just before departure time from any computer which has Adobe Acrobat installed and a standard printer connected (office, friends, cybercafé…).
