4I confirmed that I would like a printed ticket, but I now wish to receive my ticket at the station.

Imprimer cette question / réponse

The printed ticket is shown on the website and is selected by default.  If you would prefer the ticket to be delivered to a specific address or obtained at one of the machines located in all French stations, please make your selection appropriately.

Once you have made your selection, you will be unable to make any further changes.
On the other hand, if you have confirmed that the ticket is to be sent to you by post, or that it is to be obtained at a machine, you will no longer be able to print your ticket.

For iDTGV and iDNIGHT tickets, you are obliged to print your own ticket.

Print & Go

Before your ticket is created, (before entering the surname, first name and date of birth of the passengers) this tariff is completely exchangeable and refundable before the time of departure, but only 90% refundable after the time of departure.

 ®iDTGV ticket

The ®iDTGV ticket is exchangeable before it has been created, meaning before the surname, first name and date of birth of the passenger have been entered, and 1 day before the initial departure.

 ®iDNIGHT ticket

The ®iDNIGHT ticket is exchangeable before it has been created, meaning before the surname, first name and date of birth of the passenger have been entered, and 1 day before the initial departure.

6I made an error whilst entering information into my printed ticket®

Imprimer cette question / réponse

These tariffs are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, even if there is an error.  No modification can be made once the ticket image has been created.

This is the reason why we have added a verification page for you when you create your ticket image.  We strongly advise you to verify that all the information entered is correct because no changes can be made once the ticket has been created.
