My order confirmation e-mail does not mention any dossier reference number
When you receive a confirmation e-mail without an SNCF 6-character dossier reference number and without any itinerary details, there is no order recorded.
- You had most certainly reached the payment pages but the banking transaction did not complete.
- If the selected product requires on-line payment, the reservation is not recorded if the payment did not actually take place (Prem's rate, Prem’s Bons Plans du Net rate).
For rates where on-line payment is not mandatory, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your dossier reference number as well as a deadline date for payment/retrieval.
