Guaranteed time promise

Did your Eurostar train arrive at its destination with a delay compared with the scheduled time?

If the delay is attributable to Eurostar*, we can offer you generous compensation terms.

For a delay of 61 to 180 minutes (inclusive) on all regular journeys, with the exception of the service to the French Alps and Avignon or a delay of 121 minutes or more for services to the French Alps and Avignon**: you will be offered a free single ticket or a reduction of 50% on the price of a return ticket for any Eurostar journey on the following lines: London Waterloo or Ashford International <> Paris Gare du Nord or Brussels-Midi/Zuid, or Lille Europe, or Calais-Fréthun.

For a delay of 181 minutes or more on all regular journeys, with the exception of the service to the French Alps and Avignon: you will be offered a refund for that part of the journey that was delayed (for example, if you purchase a return ticket, you will be reimbursed half the amount paid).

To obtain this compensation, send your ticket to the following address:

International Customer Relations Travel Centre
1-1-G

* This promise does not apply when the cause of the delay cannot be attributed to the SNCF (malicious action, demonstration by persons outside the SNCF, appearance of an obstacle on the track, etc.).
** Journeys subject to conditions of availability; to be reserved in the same class as that part of the journey that was delayed.
