Conditions
Artesia tickets can be exchanged:
- three times prior to departure, for holders of normal adult or child tickets.
- once prior to departure for Senior, Young Person and Handicapped tickets.
- once prior to the outward departure for Leisure tickets.
- Once for Découverte à 4 and Weekend tickets with deductions of 10% and 20% respectively*.
Prem’s and Mini C tickets are non-exchangeable.
* The deduction is calculated on the price of the initial journey.
Refund
1/ You've purchased your ticket on www.tgv.com
You are in France: cancel your reservation before departure of your train in the nearest train station, SNCF shop, or by simply calling 36 35 (0.23 €/min): this way you will avoid a deduction. Once your reservation has been cancelled, return your ticket to the SNCF customer relations centre (adress mentionned below).

Conditions
Artesia tickets are refundable:
- 100% prior to departure and up to 90%* after departure, for holders of adult, child, Handicapped wheelchair tickets.
- 100% prior to departure for Senior and Young Person tickets.
- 100% prior to the outward departure and with a deduction of 50% after the outward departure for Leisure tickets.
- with a deduction of 90% and 80% respectively prior to departure for Découverte à 4 and Weekend tickets.
* The deduction is calculated on the price of the initial journey.
Guaranteed time promise
Did your Artesia train arrive at its destination with a delay of more than one hour compared with the scheduled time?
If the delay is attributable to Artesia*, compensation in the form of a SNCF/ARTESIA “Travel Voucher” is offered to passengers for any purchase of rail tickets distributed by Rail Europe and SNCF ticket offices.
