In each Thalys Comfort 1
- At-table restaurant service any time of the day (service included in the price of the ticket).
- Selection of daily newspapers.
- Possibility of reserving a taxi which will be waiting for you at Paris Nord or Brussels Midi (for passengers coming from Paris).

Conditions
Thalys tickets are exchangeable:
- Librys, Young Person, Senior, Kid & Co and Kid:
- no restriction up to departure
- up to one hour after departure at the departure station. - Mezzo / Mezzo +:
- once, before the outward leg of a return trip and on condition of availability at the same price.
- in the case of a single ticket, up to one hour after departure in the station of departure.
Smilys tickets are non-exchangeable.
Refund
1/ You've purchased your ticket on www.tgv.com
You are in France: cancel your reservation before departure of your train in the nearest train station, SNCF shop, or by simply calling 36 35 (0.23 €/min): this way you will avoid a deduction. Once your reservation has been cancelled, return your ticket to the SNCF customer relations centre (adress mentionned below).

Conditions
Thalys tickets are refundable:
- in the case of a Librys, Youth, Senior, Kid, Kid and Company tickets: 100% before departure and up to one hour afterwards, in the Thalys departure station.
- For Mezzo and Mezzo+ tickets: 50% before departure of the outward leg and up to one hour after, in the Thalys departure station.
Smilys tickets are non-refundable.
* The deduction is calculated on the price of the initial journey.
Guaranteed time promise
Did your Thalys International train arrive at its destination with a delay of more than 30 minutes compared with the scheduled time on an international journey? Except in cases of force majeure, the customer is entitled to compensation.
If the delay is more than 30, 60 or 120 minutes, Thalys offers 20, 50 or 100% respectively of the price of the journey concerned. The amount of the compensation may not be less than €5.
