Did your Lyria TGV arrive at its destination with a delay of more than 30 minutes recorded on the French stretch, for a journey equal to or greater than 100 km?

If the delay is attributable to the SNCF*, compensation in the form of a “Travel Voucher” will be offered to passengers. It represents one third f the price of the ticket from the departure point in France to the border crossing in Switzerland (Vallorbe or Pontarlier).

To obtain your compensation :
Complete the “regularity” envelope available on leaving the train, and insert your original ticket. Post it (free in France).

If the delay occurs on the Swiss stretch, contact:
CFF SA
Division Voyageurs
Service Clientèle
Brückfeldstrasse 16

* This promise does not apply when the cause of the delay cannot be attributed to the SNCF (malicious action, demonstration by persons outside the SNCF, appearance of an obstacle on the track, etc.).
