PREM’s enable you to travel at the lowest fares!

To benefit from the lowest fares, all year round, you’ll find our famous Prem’s tickets. All you need to do is book in advance (3 months) or travel on off-peak trains.

Loisir: travel at ease!

Benefit from our interesting “weekend” rates by booking just a few days before departure(1). This offer is open to everyone, despite your age (2).

A Loisir ticket enables you to travel at an interesting rate, all you need to do is think ahead and book early!

By chosing for a Loisir ticket, a world opens where you have exchangeable and refundable tickets all year round, free of any charge if done at latest the day before departure. When you still want to change your ticket on the day of departure, all you need to do is pay the service fee of 10 € per person and per leg. After the scheduled departure, tickets are no longer exchangeable and/or refundable.

(3) Loisir tickets are exchangeable and refundable without any costs up till the day before departure. On the day of departure, a service fee of 10 € per person and per leg will be charged (correspondence included). For Loisir tickets with a fare price that is inferior to 20 €, a 50 % retention will count. After the scheduled departure, tickets will no longer be exchangeable and/or refundable.

Exchange or get a refund on a Pro ticket

Exchanging is free of charge up till 1 hour after departure* and a 100 % refund is possible if done before departure. Up till 60 days after departure, you can still get a refund, or exchange your ticket by paying 50 % of the total fare price.

* Exchanges made between departure and 1 hour after departure can only be done in the station of departure: for tickets on the next train and with the same destination.

Tailor-made services

To make your journey more comfortable, make a reservation for a parking spot, a taxi, a desk … (simultaneous with your booking or after)(1).

In the nearest station or at the point of sale where you purchased your tickets.

TGV Pro

Exchangeable without any costs if done before 1 hour after departure*, 100 % refund if done before departure. It is possible to exchange tickets up till 60 days after departure, with a retention of 50 % Exchanges made between departure and 1 hour after departure can only be done in the station of departure: for tickets on the next train and with the same destination.

Reduction cards

By using your reduction card, you can exchange tickets or get refunded without any costs if done the day before departure. On the day of departure, you can still do this, by paying just 3 € service fee per person and per leg. (Instead of 10 € for non-holders of a reduction card. Your ticket is no longer exchangeable or refundable after departure.

Loisirs TGV, Lunéa and Téoz

Your Loisir ticket enables you to exchange or to get a refund without any costs if done before the day of departure. On the day of departure, you can still do this by paying a 10 € service fee per person and per leg. (journeys with connections included). For Loisir tickets worth less than 20 €, there will be a retention of 50 %, calculated on the total fare. Your ticket is no longer exchangeable or refundable after departure.

Automatic ticket machine: save time

Situated in stations and SNCF shops, automatic ticket machines allow you to exchange your ticket for a reservation on an identical journey for the same or next day (the ticket must have a magnetic strip).

TGV Echange Minute’ terminals: if you arrive at the station a little earlier or a little later than planned (This service is only available for the Pro offer.)

These terminals allow you to swap a reservation for a TGV leaving the same day for your initial destination. They allow you to swap the reservation* between 30 and 5 minutes prior to the departure of the new TGV and up to one hour after the one initially reserved.
This service is available in 25 stations in France.

Refund

You are in France: cancel your reservation before departure of your train in the nearest train station, SNCF shop, or by simply calling 36 35 (0.23 €/min): this way you will avoid a deduction. Once your reservation has been cancelled, return your ticket to the SNCF customer relations centre (adress mentionned below).

Guaranteed time promise

Did your TGV arrive at its destination with a delay of more than 30 minutes compared with the scheduled time, for a journey equal to or greater than 100 km?

If the delay is attributable to the SNCF*, compensation in the form of a “Travel Voucher” is offered to passengers. It represents one third of the price of the ticket. The amount of compensation may not be less than €4.60**.

To obtain this compensation:
Complete the “regularity” envelope available on leaving the train, and insert your original ticket. Post it (free in France).

* This promise does not apply when the cause of the delay cannot be attributed to the SNCF (malicious action, demonstration by persons outside the SNCF, appearance of an obstacle on the track, etc.).
