- Elipsos tickets are exchangeable:
You can change date, class and rate once, on condition that:
- the new date is no more than 90 days after the date on the original ticket.
- the new date is within the advance booking period.
- any special conditions attached to the rate permit the exchange.
Changes allowed before outward journey: adult, special offer, couple return offer, family offer, Monday to Thursday offer, mini-offer and couple-mini offer.

1/ You've purchased your ticket on www.tgv-europe.com:
You are in France: cancel your reservation before departure of your train in the nearest train station, SNCF shop, or by simply calling 36 35 (0.23 €/min): this way you will avoid a deduction. Once your reservation has been cancelled, return your ticket to the SNCF customer relations centre (adress mentionned below).

Conditions
Elipsos tickets are refundable:
- with a deduction of 90%* prior to departure and 50% after departure, for holders of Adult, Child, Leisure, Découverte à deux, “Découverte 12-25”, “Découverte Senior” and Monday to Thursday Offer tickets.
- with a deduction of 50% prior to departure for Mini pair, and Découverte à 4 tickets.
All other fares are non-refundable.
* The deduction is calculated on the price of the initial journey.
Guaranteed time promise
Did your Elipsos Trainhotel arrive at its destination with a delay of more than one hour compared with the scheduled time, for journeys equal to or greater than 100 km?
If the delay is attributable to Elipsos*, compensation in the form of a “Travel Voucher” is offered to passengers. It represents one third of the price of the ticket. The amount of compensation may not be less than €4.60**.
To obtain this compensation:
Complete the “regularity” envelope available on leaving the train, and insert your original ticket. Post it (free in France).
* This promise does not apply when the cause of the delay cannot be attributed to the SNCF (malicious action, demonstration by persons outside the SNCF, appearance of an obstacle on the track, etc.).
