Auto/Train: don’t drive… until you arrive

Combine the advantages of the train and the car, and travel in comfort without the tiring effects of the road: on arrival, your car awaits you at the car/train station.

The benefits of Auto/Train

• At least two hours before departure, drop your car or motorbike off at the Auto/Train departure station at Paris-Bercy or in the provinces*.
• Comfortable, pleasant conditions by taking the passenger train of your choice.
• Your luggage stays in the car (be sure to take out additional insurance** for your luggage and your vehicle).
• At the end of your TGV journey, pick up your vehicle and luggage at the car/train station during opening hours.
  

Reservation

Reservations open two months before the departure of your vehicle and up to 12 hrs prior to departure of the train as long as there are places available.

** The responsibility of the SNCF is limited for the vehicle and it does not take charge of luggage.

A gift for you and your car

On arrival Auto/Train offers you a carwash voucher for your car*, a day’s parking prior to departure and one on arrival (on the dates and at the opening times of the Auto/Train station). Beyond this parking is possible at a cost of €15/day. Shuttles are provided between TGV stations and Auto/Train stations. Breakfast is offered if you arrive in the morning.
From four paying car/train journeys we offer you following conditions, a 5th journey voucher to be redeemed on your fifth journey.
